There being no objection, it was so ordered. **The presence of Representative Parnell was noted. HB 328 was read the third time. **The presence of Representatives Finkelstein, Kubina, Mackie and Navarre was noted. Representative Brown lifted the call. The question being: "Shall HB 328 pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
